Y'all be sure to get some shrimp from T Rays. Best on the island.

New bait shop on south end of island is very friendly, but last time I was there no live bait. Good deal on frozen.

Go to Ft Clinch, keep an eye out for submarines.

late rejoin to this party, but recently moved to Valdosta, GA and would love to come out this weekend (can't stay the week, work and other lame things). It will probably just be me and my pup, Frank.

Best thing in Valdosta is Whataburger. But that's just my opinion...

So I'll be there this weekend on Saturday morning and staying all day. Won't be able to camp this weekend. I'll also be there next weekend on Friday or Saturday (work pending on Friday) and will be camping that weekend. This Saturday I'll try to get a spot as far north on Peters Point as I can. @Built2Ride when will you and your crew be arriving Saturday?

I will be down Saturday afternoon, have to pick up keys to the VRBO at 4p. Then have to unpack/unload, maybe find something for dinner and chill on the beach for the evening.

Cool. I say we setup camp near that boardwalk just south of your marker.

The condo my family is staying in is basically right at the end of that boardwalk.

So the "No driving past this point" marker is about 50 yards south of the white truck? LOL

Haha yeah I was wondering about that but if you continue up the beach on the map you see more of them. Its probably the Lifeguard / Police vehicles.
