Yeah, looks like that trip is happening last weekend of August. With that being said I’m heading to Windrock this weekend if you’d care to join

Tempting - when are you there?

That's a 7.5 hour round trip for me, so that's a haul for me to camp one night. I may hit up Windrock again when I have a free few days and can bring the travel trailer up.

Too many to list. I’m lazy
I’m a bachelor for the next week if anyone wants to get out and camp or go wheeling. Nothing too technical as I don’t have skids or sliders. Wife is taking the boy to Florida to see the in laws. Even if someone needs some help working on their rig. I don’t care I just know I’m gonna go stir crazy in the house alone for a week

I'm hitting up Choccolocco with the Alabama folks this weekend. Chocco is awesome. Y'all should come this weekend. Meeting there at 0900 Saturday, I'm going to ride all day and ride back in the evening. Anyone else in? If you're shy, just meet up with us there, the more the merrier. I'm leaving from Buckhead at 0700 if anyone wants to convoy. I'll hit 75N to 285 to 20E.

There's a lot of crazy shit at Chocco, but I'm not doing any crazy shit because I have to drive my truck home and will have the kids with me. It'll be a good ride - definitely need 4x4 and AT or MT tires, I don't want to pull people up hills again. Lift and armor is good, but you'll be ok without it if you pick good lines.

I may disassemble my dakar leaf pack, remove surface rust, paint, add-a-leaf, reassemble and add a 3* shim.

Any interest in discounted State Park passes? There is a $5 discount for purchasing between 10 and 99 passes.

per https://gastateparks.org/ThingsToKnow, there is a discount for 10 or more state park passes. Sure, it's only $5 and I doubt that we'd get over 100 passes to hit the next tier, but every little bit helps.

The state park pass is valid 12 months from date of purchase. If there is enough interest, I can setup another thread and treat it like a group buy.

    I am interested.

Last year, in Savannah, they converted my camping reservation money to a Park Pass, and we used the free camping nights to pay the campground. It was a sweet deal.

I forget to renew this year, and they didn't when were in Savannah - due to the virus, no contact, all that BS...

So, yeah, I need to renew.

Yup, weather pending. Either way, a trip will be happening this weekend. If the cove gets rained out, we may hit some spots in the area (Prentice Cooper, Big Fork, Aetna) or go to Windrock. About to see what the group wants to do.

Anyone heading out this weekend for some trail riding, mudding, shooting, kayaking, canoeing, or freshwater fishing? Interested in helping me with a project? I need to get some user action shots for a company I'm working with. In exchange for a couple of useable shots, I can provide you with some free products. PM me for details.
EDIT: Preferably near Gainesville, Blairsville, Helen, Commerce, Athens area for easy meetup.

LOL. I don't know if @Built2Ride ever got those to market. That said, if he needs some action shots, I'm full of sh!t. :crapstorm:

All my rigs are purpose built. From crawling to camping. I also enjoy a nice stock truck for what that’s worth. Toyota’s are the jam!
I sold the idea to GSI

Completely unrelated to the topic of your post, but now I‘m considering 295s when new tire time comes....
