I would go check the trail this weekend but worried about some noises in my front suspension. Don't want to break down alone with GF and kids in the truck.

I might check out the trail on the 14th with a buddy and his stock-ish Jeep. I'll report back on conditions if we do it.

Dealing with a squeak up front too. Need to nip it in the bud before Montana on the thirteenth though so should be good for August I think.

    Sweet let us know

I'm tentatively a go pending approval from the warden. I feel like my weekends are always booked now and rely on her to keep me organized. The following weekend of the 10/11/12, I'll be celebrating my last days as a free man at potholes/Moses. :ballchain:

My fiance is doing her bachelorette party that weekend so I'll have the kid all weekend. Haven't taken him out of the house for more than 3hrs yet and I'm not sure that's the place for his first wheeling adventure. You can have my spot.

could do two groups if there is enough people. Stagger them maybe an hour apart. Then all chill together at the top.

Like this idea. Smaller groups are always better on the trail. Just as long as there are enough camp spots wherever we end up.

I am up for this. I haven't run the entire trail before and was basing the group size off the previous post. Anyone know if there is a hard limit for trucks? Either way, we can definitely do the two smaller groups could work out if some people have conflicting times or anything of that nature. The girlfriend and I aren't positive about staying for camp since we will have just gotten back from camping for a week in Glacier.

As far as confirming everyone is going to make it from the current roster, we still need confirmations on this thread from:

    3. Greddy
    6. Dakotasyota

Those spots may still be open.

I'll definitely be camping either way. The whole family- GF, Rocco the dog, and Jo-jo the mountain kitten.

I'd camp too. Plenty of room up there but bring the bug spray! 5 to 7 trucks per group sounds good to me. People have to stop and pee, then when there is oncoming traffic it's easier if it's not 10+ trucks.
