Game locking up computer

    Some really cool shit
    Occasionally, while on Steam, playing Company of Heros, the game locks up. This is a brand new computer, with some serious power, but there it is. My problem is that I can't get the Task Manage to show up on Win10. Had no problem on Win7. What am i missing? Alt-Ctrl-Del was the old method. tried Ctrl-Shift-Esc. Nothing. It works, but not when in game lock up happens.
