    For several years now I have been convinced Jaime will be the one to kill Cersei. He will do it to protect the greater good. The exact same reason he killed the mad king. I also predict he will die in the process, something like grabbing her and they both fall off something high. Actually probably something more cinematic. He is the only person that loves her. Anyone else would be happy to kill her, but Jaime would have a hard time. That would make it tragic and memorable, just the kind of thing they like on that show.

    I think Arya's arc is complete and if she does end up trying to get close to Cersei she is going to end up dying in the process. Maybe even dying by someone thinking they are killing someone in Cersei's court. Jaime would be my pick to kill Cersei but it also seems too obvious so who knows. The Mountain if still alive at that point will kill whoever kills Cersei, but I think he will have to die first by the Hound in front of Cersei.

    I don’t think she’s going to kill Cersei. I think she thought she was going to kill Cersei until Melisandre made her realize her purpose was the kill NK. Cersei will die as the prophecy states by her (or a) younger brother. I think it’s Jaime while everyone will be misdirected to believe it’s Tyrion but at some point we are going to learn Tyrion isn’t really a Lannister. Tywin has said “you’re no son of mine” and it’s about time that plays out...

    Littlefinger said it was Tyrion's dagger in order to start the war between the Starks and Lannisters.

    In reality, the dagger belonged to Joffrey, and Littlefinger suggested to Joffrey that it would be a mercy to kill Bran. Joffrey gave the dagger to the cut-throat, or at least ordered it to be done, but he was manipulated by Littlefinger into doing it (same thing with Ned's head, btw).
