    I'm curious to know what the guys who read the books think of this season? I have read all 5 and the some of the story lines are WAY off from the books. Others fit pretty close and a couple are past where book 5 left off. I'd like to avoid spoilers for those who haven't read but I'll just say I'm really happy with the show. I feel they are doing just about as good a job as Martin did in the books. It's fun to have two different versions of similar stories.

    I've read the books and enjoy the TV show being different as well. They got rid of a lot of the drawn out storylines that really didn't do anything for the overall narrative. I guess with Griff and Young Griff not showing up in the show, that may spoil where that storyline was going in the book. They also changed the storyline in Dorne. Some of it was okay, but it didn't really have a moving pace like other character chapters.

    I have read that for season six, an open casting for a pirate type and various other characters have been called. That means we may get the Greyjoy storyline, or at least a remixed version of it. I did enjoy the Greyjoy storyline with the Kingsmoot and axe dance stuff. That was all pretty cool. I wanted to see Victarion make it on the show, but from the character description it looks to be his younger brother, Euron, and his crew of pirates. Maybe we see a dragonhorn next season? :D

    Rainierland.com has all episodes for free... Pirated of course. You can also view new movies and even some movies that are in theatres. Quality will vary, but Game of Thrones is all in HD... So I have heard. I don't watch pirated film.

    Good premiere. I'm assuming that dude went to get the wildlings to help avenge Jon Snow? The Red Queen is up to something. Not sure if she shriveled up because she is giving up or if that is what happens every night when she takes that necklace off. Maybe they can use that necklace to bring back Jon? There is supposed to be another Red Witch this season, maybe the first one has to die first before a new on can come around :notsure:
