    I've liked the first 2 eps so far. I was used to the show having lulls and boring eps. Usually a action packed premier and then nothing until like ep. 4 or 5 then nothing again until ep. 8/9. Maybe since they aren't following the books anymore they are able to make better episodes on their own stories.

    Just watched the latest episode on HBO Now. Thought for sure the witch would give up the necklace to bring John Snow back. Kinda lame resurrection... Was expecting more of a dramatic event or something like that.

    The resurrection of Beric Dondarrion they have showed in season 3 was basically as eventful as the one for Jon. Not sure what more you were hoping for. The ruby necklace Melisandre wears has more to do with the process of glamouring her appearance to look young and not much if anything to do with the resurrection process.

    i thought there would be more too. I still think it was good and had a dramatic effect when everyone left, but it was obvious he was coming back. Even earlier in the episode the other king died and they had the funeral the same day. They did everything but flat out say "Jon will be back" with all he foreshadowing and hints throughout the first 2 seasons.

    I also read too many theories online, like the rising from fire, that I just thought they may bring him back some other way.

    Regardless, I'm glad he's back. Ready for some more white walkers

    If it's only the parts from the flashback in the book, it won't confirm or deny anything... I have a feeling they are going to hint at it and make him "come out of the ocean" before the reveal...but I do think we will get the reveal this season. We damn well better!
