Also, if any of you know someone wanting a decent springer I have one for sale. A Benjiman NP Trail all weather., it's got the nitro piston , no noisy metal spring. It's in .177 with a CentrePoint 3-9x40 AO scope, and a Charlie Da Tuna GRTIII trigger installed. Prolly 300 or so rounds through it. Will ship for $150.00

Thanks. It actually shoots a decent group with 10.5gn Premiers and would guess it will get even better. But I just don't shoot it any.

My .22 shoots JSBs only and my .25 shoots predators, I set the regulator to 915fps, I'm getting 3/4 inch groups @ 50 yards.

My .22 seems to like diablos best so far. That's what the group I posted above was shot with, but at only 35 yards. I need a longer place to shoot.

Yeah! Your Condor can shoot accuraly farther than that, this is where I go shooting, this place is perfect to stretch your guns legs out, up to 140 yards that's the farthest I shoot with my airguns.

Love the pic, and terrain, but it's still weird to me being from the east. Very few places that sparsely wooded. Here's what I'm used to looking at.

Looking to purchase an air rifle and have come up with a couple questions. What is the benefit/advantages of either going with a .177 or .22, as in why would you choose one caliber over another? I am looking at Benjamin air rifles. Any suggestion for a particular gun? Main use will to be deter/eliminate some garden pests/thieves. Of the fuzzy tail type and the winged variety.

Thank you for any insight or advice.

Rabbits, crows and squierrels .22 is fine but for coyote I would go with .25 IMO.

I've own a gamo whisper .177 for around 9+ yrs. 3 month later after purchase i had it tuned and replaced with the GRT3 gold trigger single stage break around 2.5 lbs and love it. Unluckily 4 yrs later I broke the spring had to send it back to pyramidair replaced with crossman nitro gas it shoot a bit louder than with spring piston but still dropping doves and rabbits here and there with no problems. Mine seems to like rws superdom pellets better than others. One more thing, silent cats trigger cannot be modified but with the gamo whispers you can modify the trigger whichever ways you want.
