Gardening Thread - Show me your gardens!

I have a 12x14 water garden. Drove around in country picked up all the rocks myself. Growing up we had a one acre vegetable garden, my job was to tend it daily before I could go play, fish ect. Kinda killed the desire to have one now. I have a vid of the water fall running but won’t let me post it

 

I planted 4 Oakland Holly to replace Photenias that I removed. I'm sore already. My veggie gardens are full of weeds lol.

 

I spent a full day weeding and tilling and the gardens are ready to plant spinach and chard and the seeds are purchased. Now, if it will just stop raining.

A Prayer in the Spring

Springs is almost here!

The front yard, Lilacs in bloom, Pride of Madera almost there...


A planter full of meadow foam, borage and dwarf bachelor buttons...


A bunch of seedlings... borage, meadow foam, gilia capitata, madia elegans, a bunch of stuff I'm not remembering...

I was reading this and thought, what the hell is he growing? Last pic clarified it for me, without googling.

 

This is where ours is right now. Still a little wet to be listing rows and the ground is too cold to be planting.

Last year it did great

 

You garden ten times the area that I do. I have 5 4x8 boxes...

 

We may not even do one this year, as we are looking for a new house.

 

Very nice!
I had a fantastic year last year. However, the crab grass has grown in thick, so it's gonna be a challenge this year.

 

Sometimes I think boxes would be easier to manage.
