Freeze them in quart size freezer bags. Use in soups, salads, frying. They are very strong (we tasted them for hours after cutting them up), so they make a good substitute for regular onions.
Froze 10 bags, need to proccess another raised bed, so we could put tomatoes in.

As another suggestion for mite control....
I also had the same problem with my indoor citrus and outdoor rose bushes. I tried a lot of different things (soapy water, permethrin, that pine oil stuff....neem oil..). None of it has worked as well as the latest I tried "growers ally spider mite control" and it's organic so no worries about animals/pets. It works the best by far without harming the good bugs. It takes care of aphids especially well. The permethrin works 100% but it also tends to kill everything, which you don't want and it's actually harmful (toxic) to some pets. This is the best my rose bushes have look in a couple years.

These are the double knock outs from lowes/home depot. They are very common and hearty. I opted for these because I saw some in Maryland at a restaurant and they were full and connected in blocks of different colors. No dead heading and is forgiving if you give it a military haircut!
as you can see I gave it space so eventually it will be red and white connected and full. I've had these in that shaded spot for about 1.5 years now.

They do well. Cooked some last night, a full quart bag of frozen green onions, a couple dozen of garlic cloves, 2 cans of green beans and a can of diced tomatoes.
Caramelize onions with olive oil, add diced garlic, cook for 5 minutes, add fresh diced thyme, 2 cans of beans, 1 can of diced tomatoes, liberally add basil, oregano, a bit of ground pink salt, cook 10 minutes. Tastier than normal green beans, and we all love garlic and spices.
Side dish to BBQed spare ribs last night.

Freezer zip lock berries and deep freeze. We love blueberry jam and make low sugar jam. 2 cups of sigar for 8 cups of berries and 1 packet of Low sugar pectin.

That's bad. Amazon must have crossed your order with someone else's return.
