    Muscadines Still got tore up by japanese beetles but not as bad as last year. 3 of 6 flowered... they will get to bout nickel size by time they are ripe, And a dark purple.

    Saw deer on cameras near our figs last couple of days. They know when figs are ripe.

    Yes, they do. We had put fence around one of the figs. Moving another baby fig inside the fence this fall. Our largest Brown Turkey is 15-18 ft tall and is staying where it is, so deer is helps themselves at night. We cannot reach the top half to pick it, so birds and wasps help themselves too.

    This thing grows like crazy. I prune it back to 1/3 that size or less and it just takes off every spring

    i use DE a lot, only downside is you have to reapply alot especially if its raining often
