    PB blaster. Let it sit for a while, then take a number 3 philips on a 1/4 impact driver on the low setting. Mine came right off.

    The gas cap screw on my new ‘23 came off with a hard stare. No issue removing the screw.

    Impact driver is the answer. Small quarter inch Battery impact driver is your friend.

    Ordered one like that and fought with screw with no luck and didnt want to tear anything up, so noticed slot in back and it fit behind it instead of in front with no issues. Used a little lock tight to make sure that didnt pop out and all is well.
