All kinds 3 inch body lift/2 1/2 suspension lift. 31/11 1/2/15 tires All work done by myself for years. The only work performed by mechanic was fuel pumps. I also have a 90 Mustang 350 hp and I can never understand how come my Tacoma gets more respect Just got a 99 Jeep TJ that I rebuilt, and painted in the garage
The nylon high pressure fuel line thats about eight inches blew out on one end. This is on top of the tank, and has brass fittings on each end. The fittings are not going to seperate without heat. I can cut the nylon out and put a flexible hose on there, but I need some advise from the people of Tacomaworld. What kind of fuel line can I use, and I plan on useing two clamps on each end

Your fuel pressure can run in the 60 psi range act accordingly.

Remains to be seen I bought the tires and wheels the rest came along
Buy Fuel injection line it is not cheap about $7.00 a foot last I bought.

Also get the Fuel injection clamps they are solid band not like your normal hose clamps.

I have done repairs this way over the years with out issues .

The best fix is looking over the complete fuel system as soon as possible . one line failed how soon to the next

Thanks Bivouac...I just got the fuel line from Amazon. I cant do pictures right now, but the line is 300psi. It seems similar to regular gas line but a biit firmer. Just as you suggested I got the special fuel injection clamps that the guy from Advanced Auto recommended. The only problem is the clamps are too small and Im not getting them tonight so tomorrow we will see.
