Gas Light comes on

    2002 Tacoma ExCab 2.4L
    I recently replace my fuel vent valve and gasket due to an EVAP leak code (old gasket rubber was deteriorating), code went away after I replaced it but the low gas warning light comes on randomly now even with a full tank of gas (fuel gauge works perfectly fine still I test that every time I fill up my tank and reset the trip on the odometer)
