    Hey,
I have a 2011 Manual with 3000 klms on it. Book says 12.9L /100 klm
    I am getting 18.82 L / 100 klm
    Not happy!
If i was driving like a maniac then that's cool but really????? I should have a Tundra V8 lol Needless to say I am going to call Toyota and ask some questions regarding Ratios on the Diff this can not be right.
Any sensible advice would be appreciated

Join Fuelly and see what everyone else gets. It's much easier to track there. To the guy up top breaking it in. You're breaking it in, when that is done it will improve.

Trap, thanks for the link I will check that out for sure.
My salesman told me that after 3000 klms I can start pushing the revs up between gear changes and break the 2,500 up to 3,000 rpm (I was under the impression it was broken in at this point)
    Cheers.

Are you adding the % difference of the tire size to the ODO before doing the math?
