Gas milage went up 1 mpg

Just to make this even more interesting. Here is my experience.

My first couple of tanks only netted me about 17 mpg. I switched over to my instant mpg display on my dash.

This changed my driving habits significantly. My city driving mpg is now always 20-22 mpg.

It only takes one incident with another vehicle attempting to pass and then make a right hand turn in front of you. “Deny” that opportunity just the one time will drop your mileage so that you may not recover from on that tank.
