Gas Mileage? How far can you go on a single tank?

    just beat my previous best on a trip to the Biltmore Estate in Asheville, NC.
    ATL to AVL & half way back to ATL.
    The light came on right as I hit 400 miles!!
    avg'd 22mpg on that tank!!

    Satoshi with FJ badge, factory cruise, factory intermittent wipers, Redline Tuning hood-lift struts, Hellwig Swaybar, Rosen DVD-Nav
    21.1 gallon tank, roughly 1/2 gallon not usable...

    23mpg gives you 460 miles leaving 1 gallon in reserve.

    Tacomas have a VERY good range, considering most vehicles have tanks sized for around 300 miles.

    80% highway, Exxon plus 89 octane.

    DCSB TRD 4x4 - 400.3 on the longest all highway drive at about 70-75 mph on I-81 (hilly)

    Usually about 360 when the light comes on, 18ish gallons. Hanging right around between 19.5-20 MPG.

    400 miles summer 350 winter regular as clock work plain old 87 works for me.
