Hey i currently have a 1st gen tacoma and plan on getting a 2nd gen sometime this year. I want to put a 6" inch lift with 35's..or 33's. I was wondering what gas would be like with both set ups and also what it would be like with a 3 inch lift and 33s...or any size lift inbetween...please comment your lift size, tires, and any mods that could affect gas! Thanks!!

From what I have read in the mileage threads, most modified Tacos get anywhere between 13-16.

Ive read people with a 3" lift and 33"s getting around 19-20 Pure highway. But i guess most of it depends on how you drive it

Exactly. IMHO I wouldn't care if I got 10-12. I love my truck. Wouldn't trade it for the world. But I'm in the 17-19 mpg area. Or 290-330 miles a tank. Good enough for me. 3" with 33"s

^This x 1,000,000. If your concerned about gas mileage, buy a car or don't lift your truck. :frusty::frusty:
