I have 71,000, change the oil every 5,000. Same plugs as when the truck bought new. Use synthetic oil and trans fluids. A few times I got 22.5 mpg.

Before installing the top rack, tire upgrade & camper was getting around 19-21mpg with a tonneau cover. Mods definitely play a large part on mileage. Especially in windy environments. May have to remove the Prinsu rack & store in storage if today's gas prices persist.

Gas prices reflect what the global market will bare. The cost for a barrel of oil to product hasn’t changed it is the demand and the oil companies who says well I can produce and sell it at say $80 a barrel but the global market will pay $250. Humm my stock owners would like 5 billion rather than 2billion so sell to the highest bidder. We lose. Welcome to capitalism

They wont. All I got back was use of cruise control in small rolling hills and get up and go. Gas mileage will go down after 4.88s. Hope for a tailwind instead.

canopy did it for me. I was down to 16-17 just from that and wheels, even though those weighed close to the same as stock.

So strange. I’ve been mostly doing city and rural driving over the past couple months. Gas mileage usually 15-16.. so I went down state last weekend and with gas the way it is I did my damnedest to get the best mileage on the highway as possible. 65mph. No cruise. Coasting hills, not accelerating hard on uphills. I got 17.8 on the highway. So here’s the weird thing. I’ve been driving around all week in the city. I looked at my mileage today and it was at 20mpg..

it’s like I cleaned out all the low averages from the system. And I didn’t clear any data. I need to do the manual calculation.. but I always forget..

my truck is also Canadian, so the GPS speed and the analog speed are like 4mph off. So who knows how fast I’m really going. Prettty cool, eh
