Magma flow exhaust

Hey I have a 2006 Tacoma XRunner and when I hit the gas pedal it I can feel a vibration that was not there before. It is only when it is in gear. Any ideas what might be the cause to the problem

Does it shake constantly when applying throttle or is it intermitent? Any weird noise or anything else associated with the vibration? My pedal would shake intermittently and I found out my driveshaft support bearing is shot.
