Gas pedal to stiff to depress

The gas pedal in my truck seems really stiff to press on. I’ve already cleaned the throttle body real well, but no luck getting it to be smoother to press.
Any suggestions where I should check in to or lubricate?

Isn’t it throttle by wire?

 

How tall are you? Can your feet reach the floor?

 

Cleaning the throttle body has nothing to do with pedal feel, these trucks are drive by wire.

 

If you don’t have floor mats stacked up under it, or any other heaps of debris, then replacing the pedal and sensor assembly would be my recommendation. Assuming it’s an abnormal stiffness.
