Gator etx soft roll up tonneau issue

Recently installed the gator etx soft roll up tonneau cover. After some rain i noticed water coming in from both sides of the bed at the front of the cover. I adjusted the rails to where if I move it up any further the weather stripping will be off of the tailgate. I also installed the foam weather stripping supplied as per the instructions by removing the protector at the front of the bed. Any help would be great! Thanks!
