    Hey everyone,
Thought I'd post up some post-installation pics of the cover I installed last night. Don't see too many retractable's out there so let me know if you need better pics. These are really crappy cell shots.

    I'll test water tonight.
Price is $1,760. Only reason i justified spending the money is because insurance covered half the cost (previous cover got attacked by a Bear).
I guess i have mother nature to thank. It's a great choice and fair price if you're shopping retractable.

Retrax, Gator Trax, Roll N Lock- all about the same price. If you order over phone they should take $125 off. Doesn't help much, but still lol

Haha nice.. how long did it take the bear to "open" the first one??

I've seen black bears "work" in campgrounds. Everyone standing around (while I run for cover) watching bears break into cars. Fingernails into window seal.... rippppp in goes the bear into car/truck tearing apart everything in the car then exit back thru the window he just ripped out. Ouch...

He ruined it, but didn't get into the bed.
Huge bear too. Saw him jump on the hood, crawl over the roof, and drop to the tonneau cover. Not a single scratch, just had to fix a roof dent and bed cover. Gentile guy.

Hey OP, it has been a month; how is your cover working out? I am interested in the same one, but 2K is a big investment, just want to get some opinions of others who have mounted one on a 3rd gen Taco.

I plan on getting the Retrax MX Pro when my truck gets in.....supposedly this week. A buddy at work has one on his F-150 and I really like it. I will be putting on a tailgate seal kit to further insure it's waterproof. My second choice would be the Diamondback truck cover.

Did you know a buckled roof is considered a total? Salvage title?
