    You are most likely experiencing this due to the clamping mechanism. That is not an uncommon thing to hear from those using a soft tri-fold. They do a great job at keeping the rain out but definitely can "appear" lose when driving at interstate speeds.

    I do see it flap back there. I have not seen any ballooning. I just assume the flapping is a soft tonneau thing. My buddies cover from another brand does the same thing. If it is ballooning, you may have a lot of wind getting in the bed. I hope it works out for you. I do take it off about every 3 months to clean the contact points.
