There’s some metal behind those plastics. Cut that also. Just make sure you shave it so it doesn’t slash your tire.

Now will probably have to deal with your cab mount if you haven’t already done so.

Sigh. Got mine in today, emailed Vin right away and asked him what can we do about the scuffs from shipping on the black paint. Im waiting for a response and Im sure he will take care of me because Vin is a awesome guy. I'm just afraid that because they're so limited on stock, hows a replacement going to work? Anyone in this situation before?

Vuth has received your email and should respond to you soon. I am an awesome guy :anonymous:, but I do get annoyed with these kind of post before we even get a chance to correct the issue. The wheel was damaged by UPS shipping bc it would never leave our warehouse like that. Posting this publicly doesn't help anyone or speed anything up. It's a process that we go through. A private PM would have been the right thing and smarter move to do.

The classic jump the gun. Come on fellas, if someone that works for you has an issue, wouldn't you prefer they come to you first before talking to fellow colleagues or lord forbid the person above you...Haha, I was just rewatching "The Wire" last night and they always reference chain of command and doing things in the correct process. ironic this gets posted today...

I never intended anything like that and I apologize greatly. I wouldn't have thought that you would look at the post in a negative way. Again, you guys are awesome and shit happens thats out of our control! SCS is correcting this in every way that they can. Excellent customer service. I was just curious if anyone has been though a situation like this before, not bad mouthing a great company, please accept my apologies.
