We got some good news and some bad news. The good news is that we finally have the packing list for this next shipment coming in. The bad news is that we will be short on brushed gold. They did not ship the qty we ordered for whatever reason. I'm going down the list in order.

DO NOT PM ME about this if you're on the limited list. I will get to you all as fast as I can.

Why apologize? You ordered a product as new and expected it to arrive that way. It didn't and you decide to choose your route to express you displeasure. Vin may be a nice guy but to tell you as a consumer you took the wrong route, come on. . . .He has no bearing or right to tell a customer how, when, where, to express their dissatisfaction. The customer purchased a NEW item and received the item as not described. That is what we call logistics. . . you can't blame the customer for issues caused by the carrier you hired to deliver your products.

I love what SCS promotes and provides to TW as other brands are trying to rise from Vin's success. However I will chime in as the run of the mill customer in regards to his response. You can't simple state that or respond like that.

A company is 100% liable to the delivery of their product to it's consumer as they selected/contracted with they're delivery option.

    Get your New Rim. . . .

@AssQuake Guess what?! You and me are going to be matching!

Because of the gold debacle I am helping my self get rims with out any more delay and SCS with inventory.

I made the switch to copper so the Gold boys could have more chance of getting the rims they want.

Thank you @SCSPerformance for working this out with me. You guys fucking rock!

You did help us and the brushed gold guys out with your switch :bananadance:. We try to please everyone as best as we can, but it doesn't always work out as plan sometimes.

Finally!!! Caught a breath from traveling and paid my invoice. 6 states in three days I can’t wait to go home and stare at my front door waiting for my rims. I don’t think I have ever wanted to see a package delivered this bad.

I spy with my little eye a fellow reddit user

Currently trimming & heating to get these to fit lol
Do I need to do anything to cover up where I trimmed this grey piece off?
