Chop and relocate are different. A chop cuts the original mount so it doesn't stick out as far for a little more clearance, a relocate moves the entire mount back for more room.
My 285/65r17 mtr's are supposed to be exactly 33" when new and rubbed bad. I can imagine how bad 35's would rub the cab mount if I tried them right now. I'll still get 35's before getting a relocate and see if I can make it work before paying to have a relocate done.

285/70/17s on the F5s in this size. I ran them, I know how much I had to trim with 3” of lift. A 295/70 would be even worse. 285/70 is like 32.7 vs the 295 at over 33...

Alignment plays a big role in what rubs and what doesn't. If you use the SPC upper arms you can position the tire further forward to get it away from the cab mount. I'm running 34" tires on a 3" lift and don't currently rub however I'm more of a mall crawler at this point. I'm moving up to 35" KM3 once I have the wheels to mount them on. :D

If you seriously wheel and stuff tire every weekend then it would be a different story however I would think the 295/70/17 would still be fine if you do a CMC and have the right lift.

Just a slight 1 inch lift.
I believe we need an order of 40 wheels. With the 7 of us getting 5 that puts the gold at 35 wheels. We'd need 1 more person to order 5 to make it.

What upper arms give the most caster?

I know that heimed UCAs allow you to adjust camber which would allow you to maximize caster on the lower arm.

SPC give the most flexibility on adjustments since you can change the ball joint position relative to the arm itself.

On a black truck you can't go wrong with copper, gold, or the brushed bronze. All would look outstanding. Out of the three I think the gold would have the most bling factor and the brushed bronze would be the most subtle.

Gold on black is were it’s at

Also from the looks of it if you stick with gold it will be a tiny bit more unique. Less of us means smaller chance of seeing someone else with gold deep dishes.
