I can personally vouch for these skids! I started out with one, then another,....now I have the full set of aluminum skids from stem to stern - everything that Josh offers except the sliders. They're high quality and they fit very well. Easy, no-drill installs across the board. Couldn't be happier!

    A few things
Only reason I ask is I have read from other manufactures that they relocated some stuff that mounts to the frame on the 15's

Hmm I will check the truck as soon as it shows up and let you know for sure, but either way we are going to have sliders for the '15

    I am interested!

I am interested in some skid plates. Might know some one who needs some sliders.

You guys really should post in the Groupbuy section! You would get a ton more attention over there...

What are the differences between Transmission skid plate for $165 & the Transfer case skid for $220. Both pictures show the same three plates. Whats the third plate in the picture?

without looking at the picture you're talking about....

First skid, from the front bumper, would be IFS skid.
Middle skid would be transmission skid.
Rear most skid would be transfer case skid.

The transfer case skid (third plate) also has a steel cross-member that comes with it - hence the cost difference. The cross-member bolts between the two frames and serves as a mount for the rear of the transfer case skid. It sits at just the right height so that the plate clears the exhaust pipe.

I'll post an official thread on the group buy section, so get details there!

YES. I've been waiting for some sort of deal on skids. It's all the better that I could just drive up and grab them instead of dealing with shipping.

Yep sorry for the holdup I've been trying to sort some things out and get official forum vendor status with Tcbob, but I will post the new GB thread up ASAP.

I picked up skids and sliders for my Tacoma last year but now I need 4Runner skids. Could those be included in the GB?

If it possible to do the fluid changes and grease the driveshaft with these skids on or do they need dropped for regular maintenance?
