I did some Googling and found a number of other pre-sales going on for the Shok Mat V2, they all say that the mats won't be in stock until mid-May (estimate) and that delays are possible but that they will ship as soon as they are in stock. It sounds like mid-May is the earliest they will ship.

Nope. Sorry man. It's going into storage until I can afford the rest of the sound system and MLV. I'm not trying to take apart my truck more than once :/

what is the consensus on coverage for double cabs? can I do roof/back wall, and 4 doors with it? or do I need 2 packs for that?

It all depends on how you do it.
There is 40sq feet per box
10 sheets of 4 sq feet each
Some people cover edge to edge,
Some only apply to major portion of the panel that has the least firmness and that would resonate the most.

Start with one pack on the roof first
Then back wall, I'd do the floor as well.
Then front doors- inner and outer skin then rear doors.
In that order it leaves the easiest access for the left over areas if you run out.
I know some have used 2 1/2 packs for the entire truck,
So far everyone has done well with 2 packs
