    The stock battery will still fit ya? Mines only 1.5 years old, and I don't any major electrical mods yet so I dont see a need for a battery for pry at least a year.

    I would just leave the stock battery mounted like it is and wait if you dont need to upgrade or dont have the accessories drawing off of it. The stock battery will fit in this tray with a little room to spare but the shorter height might not allow this to clamp down before it runs out of room so you would need a spacer on top of the battery.
    My stock battery was less than 2 years old and still hangin in there but barely. The stock starting batteries are not made to hold up to the heavy draws. I run my stereo a lot while camping with the truck off and that really kicks their ass. I couldnt get more than about 30 mins from the stock battery anymore.

    I am curious too. I have the stock battery sitting the garage for 2 years now. If I can use it as a core exchange this battery just got a whole lot cheaper. :D

    I bought my Die Hard Platinum and had my old battery ready to give them. The guy did not even care. He still gave me the core price.

    The core is $15 but they don't really care. Any old battery will work, lawnmower battery would work. I didn't have mine and said I'll bring it after I swap em, they don't care of you ever do. They didn't charge me a core and I haven't brought one in.
