Something weird happened to my truck. I went thru and big puddle of water with 25mph. I parked and two hours later when I started the truck it didn't let me put in any gear.

This is one of those cases where a vague description of what's going on, will lead to a whole bunch of wrong guesses. Your profile says manual trans. So... what happens when you push the clutch pedal? Does it just slam to the floor with very little resistance? What happens when you push the clutch and gently try to put it in reverse? Does it make a grinding sound?

I had the truck towed. It was one of those stupid situations when I was with my toddler daughter and couldn't think it thru. This is why I'm asking so tomorrow when the dealer comes up with what is the case I'm little prepared. Thank you

No resistance in the clutch, but when the engine is off I could put the shifter in all the gears

Most likely clutch hydraulic system problem. Most likely is master cylinder or slave cylinder leaking and eventually ran out of fluid. Could be some other problem, but regardless, the situation is that the clutch isn't disengaging. Worst case scenario is that something broke in the clutch and you need a whole new clutch.

The truck is fine now, nothing is wrong with it according to the dealer. Apparently whatever was wet or stuck dried out and everything was back to normal.
