I also vote for already assembled units from ECGS and if you are a decent mechanic with a decent set of tools you can even bang out the install yourself in 1 day saving a bunch of money in the process. I think shipping was around $300 each way and you have a month to get it all done and shipped back. Plenty of time.

It’s an actual brand, just sold on eBay. If the warranty checks, it’d be fine.

We just like ECGS built stuff because it gives us less room to jack up an install

Still wouldn’t trust ebay for gears.

I'm going 35" tires also. I'm looking for something higher then 5.29's? Anyone know of a good company that makes higher ratio's? Also live in Hawaii. But I'm considering doing the install myself. So far the highest I can find is 5.29.

I'd do the complete 3rd but $300 both ways??? That's steep!

When ordering the complete third? Do you specify limited slip or locker? Does the new third that they send come exactly like the one you already have?

Ended up ordering a set of nitro gears through a local shop. Thanks for all the replies. Post the results of the 4 88s
