    As the title states, I have a 2013 Access Cab, automatic, 4x4 base model. I bought the base model because I want to build it up to surpass the TRD models.

    So I'm installing the Bilstein 5100 coils and shocks system and putting either Cooper Discoverers or BFG ATs...I'm thinking 265/75/16 or 265/70/16. Will I need to regear? If yes, to what? Any recommended kits out there?

    If you have a 4 cyl you have 4.10s, I think you will be fine. I'd personally re-gear if you went to 35s or higher, other than that I would keep the stock gears. Personal preference really.

    v6 = 3.73
    I4 = 4.10

    for the small bump to 265/75/16 from the stock size of 265/70/16 and 245/75/16 (same diameter) no need to regear.

    If you want to go larger, ECGS swap is probably your best bet: They send you a completed front diff clamshell and rear diff third member with your desired gear ratio and locker type, you install the parts in your truck, and you send your parts back for core charge refund.
