Gear Tech Customs

    So I just wanted to go on a little rant here and see if anyone else has had the same kind of experience as me with ordering Fend-X liners from Gear Tech Customs.

    I ordered a set of Fend-x liners back on 5/4/23 after searching for a few days looking for some aftermarket wheel well liners. Their ship times on their website say about 4-6 weeks so I was totally stoked to be receiving them. I’ve been waiting so patiently. On week 8 of still not receiving my order or a tracking number I reached out and the customer service representative told me that my order was going on the completion rack that week of 6/26/23. So I said ok thank you was just looking for an update why I didn’t receive a track number or anything yet. Still being patient on 7/23/23 I reached out again going into week 12 of still not receiving my order or a tracking number, but no response this time. I reached out again on 7/27/23 and still no response. As I really need some wheel well liners I’m still trying to be patient. I received a UPS tracking# from gear tech customs on 8/1/23 and the email said that my order was on the way. I’ve been checking the tracking number with ups every couple of days and UPS still hasn’t received my order to send out yet. Today is 8/15/23 and there is still no details with my order or the tracking number they sent me. At this point I don’t know what to do anymore and I’m starting to not be so patient. It’s irritating and poor business. I’m going on waiting 15 weeks for an order that should have according to gear tech customs taken 4-6 weeks. If there was a problem why all the radio silence from gear tech customs. Better business would be to just explain the situation to the customer and hope they understand or just offer a refund if the order can not be fulfilled. I didn’t order anything special I still have my stock bumper I don’t have a body lift, I have a 3.5” OME lift kit I ordered a standard set of Fend-X liners and it’s taking almost 15 weeks and still haven’t even shipped. Anyone else have the same kind of experience with this company
