How are you guys getting these installed? Is there a good diff shop in all your areas or are you doing the diff swap with ECGS?

This is a long shot, but do you do 1st Gens 1995-2004?

I know our diffs are the same in early Sequoias, Tundras, and 4Runners.

Anyone know the process for the group buy? Does someone reach out to us when the time comes..I saw the post hasn't been updated since October?

 

OP is still working out the details with the vendor.

 

The 2nd group buy needs 11 more people that want gears, and everyone must be paid up for it to go forward.

 

Gotcha...is the OP the one we pay? I'm assuming well be dm'd price

I might just buy the whole REM polished kit then wait a while to save up more until sending them to ECGS for them to build send me the built 3rd and clamshell. I don't think I'll pass 10k miles before like March though so the install kits are kind of a waste of ~$700 for me, especially if ECGS does it.

 

Once everybody is in you'll get a bill from the vendor sent to your email. Then once everybody is paid, those without REM should get shipping right away,Those with REM have about another two week wait.

 

Are you guys breaking the non-REM versions in with one initial cycle of 10-15 mile conservative driving then rest for 45 minutes? And then just conservative driving for rest of the 500 miles with no cooldown?
