    Put the shackle in the most forward hole, shackle flip should only add 3/4" lift with stock length shackles. How much did you get?

    Started with an air hammer, that failed..bad. I think a deal blew. Then moved to the grinder and cut off wheels and that was working for about 80% of everything. Finished them up with a 3" air cutoff wheel for the tight spaces. We utilized the air hammer punch bit and a BFH to punch the rivets out after using an air drill to drill out the river shafts. Once we got the process down, the rest were easy.

    The biggest pain in the ass was the tack welds Toyota places on the heads of the bottom rivets.

    I know ragin said that with his stock ATO's he was +2" rake..need a Pelfrey steel HC with swing out to take care of that now :wink:

    Weld shackle mounts? Makes sense for you since you're boxing the rear and the bed will be off..
