Any luck with a fitting? Also, where did you get your tubing/what kind of tubing will work best?

Haven't found a fitting yet, little pre occupied with the next big update. I used the orange tubing that they offer in Lowes/HD, it felt similar to what the ARB hose is made out of. It also had some abrasion resistance so I figured that would be best suited for my needs. Time will tell how everything holds up but I don't see any serious issues arising.

Where is your compressor at?

Gotcha, same as me. Yeah you'll have a bunch of left over tubing, more than enough to do the rear as well

Haha. I didn't know yours got dirty. And this was the day after I put them on.

 

I need to find a way to clean them up and clean my undercarriage

Gotta clean it up so I can spray my frame. Don't need it to start rusting where rocks have scratched the shit out of it

 

True, fluid film is the shit btw. Frame looks dirty but nice and clean under the waxy film

 

Know anyway to clean the undercarriage really good?

 

Go buy a a bunch of degreaser, like the purple power shit thats sold in the 2gal container from Walmart. Put it in a "garden sprayer" like the one you have to pump up to build pressure and soak the shit out of your underside, pressure wash to finish

 

I sprayed my sliders with that rust fix stuff in my photo dump..curious to see how it holds up over the winter

 

I went to re paint my sliders sunday but had absolutely no interest, Its not fun and wont last until I get mud flaps or something to prevent my tires from sandblasting them

 

Dread it every year at this time..just like washing and waxing my roof WITHOUT removing the racks..PITA

 

I don't touch my roof ever, didn't even bother wrapping it lol
