You do understand there are some old farts on here too? :D But on another note, I hate you got your truck messed up. Glad no one was seriously injured. Now this accident will show up on your Carfax, so they should pay the loss of value there too. Good luck be safe and take it easy on us old farts. You will be us one day. MAYBE:thumbsup:

Half the time I have no clue wtf goes on in here..

    Too small. Only 68" x 34"

It would be good for a motorcycle trailer but to make it a multi purpose expo trailer, it would be easier to just start from scratch

    Thought about it.

No where to store it. Plus, it's not in the best shape but apparently it would be able to be hauled home. I would have to haul it almost 2.5 hours home too. Wouldn't want something sketchy happen..

I'll stick with my first statement on that trailer,

trailer is 5ft by 3ft, didn't see any susp, looks like it's been cut and bolted back together.
Even with the broken shovel support thrown in you couldn't get 50 bucks for it.

At that point, starting from scratch would be the best option..

Ideal plan would be in the next 1-3 years, have a better garage setup for projects, fit the truck in etc.

Perfect setup would be a 3 car with a giant driveway. Then pick up a decent used welder, learn and self-teach/Youtube and then start on the trailer project. Also, be able to do my own welding work on the adventure mobile. Out here..saving money...

    Dreams.

    Some day.

Just have to start accumulating tools and start learning, nobody’s situation will never be perfect. I’ve built all my junk in apartment single car garage units with my Hobart Handler 140...it’s paid for itself many times over

    Added to wishlist :anonymous:

The biggest issue I have right now is getting a garage where this bitch actually fits into. Currently rocking a 2.5 car garage with a 6' tall door. God forbid something happens to this thing that takes it out for a few weeks. I have no where to store it or work on it other than the street.

A garage that I can fit into will also be nice since there are currently two house directly across the street from us that easily has 4 families occupying them and there are easily 10 cars between the two houses on a given week night. God help us if they have a party..

It's like a goddamn used car lot..

I have all the tools and 70' long shop, just old and tired. It is a shame, to gather up all these tools and then get so old you can't enjoy them. I pick and choose what I do in between naps.:D

    Donate them to me? :notsure:

    Goals..

I wonder how long it would take for the wife to see the struggles of locating a welder, scheduling a day/weekend to drive out, spend a majority of the day/weekend there and then drive home when the cost for a decent welder and have me learning and practicing in the comfort of our own home, no traveling etc is about the same cost or less plus doing side work and earning more money..

    Challenge accepted.

I joke around with the wife because she says she wouldn't mind moving out of state except that you don't know people wherever you move. My response is something to the effect of "Thats a good thing. I hate people."

Again, this isn't to insult anyone, this is coming after the fact of living in the current house for 3 years with the 4 families in 2 houses across the street and then having an 8 member family move in next door and having to deal with their at home day care for the past 18 months..

That said, I wouldn't mind moving somewhere and having TW buddies in the area.
