True. It was warm and it was a spectacle. Best was hanging with some FJ peeps we know and a Heep O' shit broke down right in front of our group. Couldn't wait around long enough to find out what happened and if they managed to fix it. That was at the tail end and we had to sprint back to the front to leave for the drop off.

Finalized the payment to BCC for the frame plates. Exactly what I needed and I'm excited to receive it and have it burned in. Now to figure out the DOM tubing and order it up. Hopefully after the holidays, I can get that ordered and set a date to get it done. PayPal account is tapped for now. Glad I was able to get almost everything ordered through that avenue alone and not run up a balance; except the BAMF BF sale and the hangars.

Received my superledbulbs this evening so I hope to put those in soon. Thanks for the video and ideas @boogie3478

Something amazing happened today. On Saturday, the wife and I were leaving the gym, this older gentleman was walking towards the rig as we were too. The wife got in and I noticed he had his phone out; seemingly to grab some pictures. I greeted the man and I invited him to take as many pictures as he liked. I told him I would talk with him and answer any questions he had right after I started the truck for my wife. The conversation didn't last long and he got his pictures and I told him to have a great day and he returned the sentiment.

Today I received a message from my buddy. The one I have posted on here with the pyrite mica Tacoma that we did a Pelfreybilt bumper and a roof rack install for. He's a physical therapist and I guess one of his patients came in today raving about a truck he saw and some guy he met this weekend. So the patient shows my buddy his phone:

Also looking at replacing the 20" DR bumper bar with a 20" SR from BlackOak or buy @EatSleepTacos and leave that one white; no Amber.

Lighting upgrade update.

Installed the superbrightled shifter bulb today. Here's a link to @boogie3478 video with links for the bulbs and the how to. I ordered cool white and blue to match the interior OTRATTW switches already installed. Can't wait to see it at night!!



Also, switching up the front bumper lighting and getting rid of the garbage double row Amazon LED bar. Also, going to be going with a white SR bar. Bought @EatSleepTacos SR 20 Lightforce LED bar to take it's place. Can't wait to have some better lighting to complement the Rigid fog lights!!

I installed the Rigid covers too and will probably only have them on for the winter, but who knows. Looks great IMHO!!

 

Checked the tracking number and it'll be there Tuesday!

 

Should look wicked. Plus it looks like you gave that area a good wipe down while everything was apart. I wonder if it was as filthy as mine.
