I was kinda hoping they would text me that my battery was ready for pick up during my lunch hour today. According to the website they have it in stock at the local store. Here's hoping for after work today or lunch tomorrow the latest

 

That Batteries+ site seems to have the best prices around with their discount codes ... if you can pickup locally.

 

"Best" seems to be subjective lol compared to some cheap crap from the store, the X2 costs an arm and a dick.

Worth it to me though in the hope this resolves my battery issues.

For example, my brother and I have our electrical setup the exact same way. It hit minus 10 one night a month or so back. Took me 3 jumps to get mine started in my garage (non-insulated, non-heated garage and door). My brother's? Fired up first try.

Local guy in my friend group started the company and offered to make me the first Tacoma set for a great price (signed an NDA). I just have to get them installed and snap some product pictures for his site.

 

Oh I just had plenty of issues with some custom retrofits made by a "popular" headlight guy here.

 

Ahhhhh yes. My brother and a buddy has had tough luck with a different local manufacturer and their Retrofits.

I never really had this mod in mind, but when the opportunity presented itself, I just said 'fuck it'.

Yeah, me too. I've taken the high road as well, but guessing it is the same guy. Need to fix them, again. Driving wife's car in evenings for now.

I think this was the right move. An hour or so of work and I won't have to worry about it. Minimal investment too since I sold all my dual battery equipment.

The projects are starting to pile up..woke up to this in the yard this morning..
