I'm working on getting everything as it should be Friday afternoon. I get off work early and have a buddy coming over to help lend a hand.

Luckily, I don't have anywhere to drive to. I work from home and the gym is 4 miles round trip. That's the only place I'm going the next two days.

Have you driven it at all since you reinstalled the lowers? Because not having sleeves in is sketchy af. Your lowers are literally just flopping around on the bolt and it could definitely damage the polyurethane, making it a much more expensive headache since you’d need new bushings. Idk if those gainz are worth that.

Really only to the alignment shop and back twice. Grocery store too.

    Maybe 15-20 miles.

What's the easiest way to tackle this if I was to do it alone?

    it’s incredibly easy.

Jack up front of truck and place on jack stands.

    Remove tire.

unbolt two 19mm bolts holding the lca to the spindle

    unbolt lower shock mount

Mark alignment cams with a sharpie.

unbolt the two alignment bolts (19mm).

the whole lca will come out now. Grease the outside of the bushing sleeve and tap it into the bushing with a hammer.

do the above steps in reverse to reinstall.

Sounds like a lot but only because I broke down every step of the way. Really it’s 5 bolts to get the lca out, pop the sleeves in and then reinstall.

Wouldn't say incredibly easy, but it's done.

Calling Firestone in the morning first thing and moving my appointment from Monday (I was going to do this Sunday) to tomorrow after work. If not, I have a buddy near by with access to an alignment rack.

    I want it aligned tomorrow.

I feel really accomplished. Gave up on the driver's side alignment.

Time for another shower and a shower beer.
