My setup is off the shelf.and 100 percent removable.

I have Yakima q towers with 60" (I think) bars, a Yakima fairing, and I topped it off with a rhino rack mesh platform. Low profile and as little wind noise as possible was the goal. Came out decent.

Could be put together for under 500$ relatively easily. Q tower set ups go for 150-200$ used on Craigslist regularly, the clips for the Tacoma were on the cheap side at 30$ new on eBay, and the platform was surprisingly cheap at like 220$ shipped new.

Went with Yakima as well. Scored all pieces from Craigslist, dirt cheap.

Those are nice. I'm going to look into buying a set. Pretty quiet or do they hum/whistle?

If they make any noise, I don't notice. I give 'em two thumbs up.
