    Hi Guys.

My 2015 supercharger suddenly does not seem to have any boost or kick on anymore.

Any tips or things to check would be appreciated. Everything else seems to be fine.

    Thanks.

    Jeremy

You can check the bypass valve on the back side of the blower. If this is stuck open, it won’t build boost

    Guys.

Found the problem. Pully belt cracked and slipped off the system.

I cant believe how much boost the supercharger added. Without it its a different truck.

I will have to get it replaced soon.

    Thanks again.

Make sure you check the idlers while you have it apart. Hopefully the belt was just old but it would be a good idea to look over the idlers and make sure there wasn’t something else that caused it.

Thanks. Do you have any info on checking this? Also I believe it broke on my latest trip so I possibly put 100 miles or so with the belt disengaged. Any damage this may have caused?

I would just look them over and turn them by hand and make sure they’re smooth when you turn them and not gritty. No issues running it without a supercharger belt, but also inspect the front crank pulley and make sure there isn’t any of the belt wrapped around it. I’ve seen where the belt can get wrapped around the crank pulley and it can ruin the front main seal. Probably not an issue, but that’s just a worst case scenario, so it’d be good to look everything over thoroughly

    Thanks.

Will look for rough spots and blockage. The supercgarger has about 100k miles on it so the belt was due. Also I went on an extream offroad so debtis probably jumped into the system and wore the belt out. There was an obvious linear tear in the belt so most likely a small rock was lodged in a crank.
