    This morning I saw a 3rd gen (short bed) with a 2nd gen camper shell. I see used 2nd gen shells often on craigslist under $750, but 3rd gen shells averaging 2 to 3 times more than that. There was a slight gap between the cab and the shell, similar to the gaps on bestop canvas shells (makes sense now). Does anyone have any pics of their old shell on their newer truck so I can get a better look? I am pretty sure I can tolerate the gap for a good deal, but not positive.

    You can see how the grille dips well below the headlights and the surround and hood shape are very different on the 3rd Gens.


    Although, you can slap an entire 3rd Gen front end on a 2nd Gen. :D

    There was never a 3rd Gen RC.

    Will a 2nd gen tonneau cover fit a 3rd gen? Specially if he brand UnderCover, model Classic One Piece tonneau bed cover.

    Does anyone know if the illuminated sunvisors from a gen 3 will fit a gen 2....Wiring aside of course. I just want to know if they will line up and screw in.
