Nope. It only works to put window down and passenger side does not do it either way, it is the same on a co-workers truck also.

My truck did not have delayed wipers and I got a wiper control from Toyota that had delay and changed it, and that worked, so was thinking it might be the same for windows.

What year and trim level do you have as maybe they are different? I have a 2017 Off Road and the front windows are single touch up and down.

I have a 2018 SR access cab just the basic Tacoma, they left out things that made it less expensive.

Nope, he has an SR, one touch power up are based on higher trim levels such as your TRD.

I don’t even like the auto down function, have to flip back up and down to get the window partially open as I prefer.

The switch has 4 positions so you don't have to go all the way up or down and then try to adjust. You can simply stop wherever you would like if you dont want it fully open or closed.

My SR is only a 2 position switch, push down to go down, pull up to go up. Push down for a moment and it will go down in auto. Sometimes if I just tap the switch down very briefly it will go down a bit and stop, but usually it just ends up going full down unless I hit up and down again to stop it.

Update: So I decided to read the owners manual. I have a type "A" switch, it indicates 3 positions, down (in manual), auto-down, and up (only in manual). I tried it out - pushing only part way down, window goes down until I let off the button. Push all the way down, and it goes down all the way in auto. Up is only manual.
You don't feel a different "position" when pushing the button down, you just have to know to push down only part way when wanting to go down in manual.

@shakerhood apparently you have the type "B" 4 position switch. You made me look at the manual and thus taught me something, after owning my truck 11 months I now know how to properly operate my drivers side window lol. Thanks bro! In retrospect, I remember some other car windows working this way, but hey I'm getting old :D

Yeah the old style windows were that way, glad that you figured out you have a little extra adjustability with that extra switch position.
