    Did my 2009 today and used Dormans complete replacement and its rubber like OEM.

    Pic of installed torqued to 30 ft-lbs as body says 34 but felt they might stretch and they were compressed. 14mm nut and bolt head and did it on ground with just a good pry bay to get old out and new one in. Added a pic of the bolt head with hood open look down behind the headlights and with a second set of hands way faster. I was solo so a zip tie moment as I used a few extensions and zip tied the racket to the upper radiator support - perfect!
    To see how the pry bar works used another threads video. They used poly is only diff and its in the first minute.
