There is a few variations such as on anytime, key in ignition or not, or only when truck is on... that's the one I preferred, it's the bomb because you can run your fogs with your hi beams, fills in that dark spot in front of truck w just hibeams on...

Search for "foglights anytime mod" LOTS diff ways to do it, some involve pinching wires under the fuse box covers, I chose to run mine through the factory wire bundle inputs to the fuseboxes .... just me being anal, because the fuse boxes are far from sealed...

 

So that empty fuse slot is live when the truck is off?

 

yeah, that whole row of fuses are on the same power bus, always on.
