    I am getting a 16 ORDC 4x4 on 10/27.
Ideally, I want about a 2-2.5" overall lift and to be just short of level (maybe 0.5" rake).

I am only about 10% offroad, but I want to have decent clearance and maintain good road manners. I don't ever tow and usually don't haul except for a couple hundred pounds of camping gear and a load of mulch about 2x/yr

I am leaning toward this setup:
Adjustable Bilstein 5100s with factory coils up front.
Factory shocks in rear with either AAL or Deaver 10 leaf replacement. I dont mind the extra $ for full leaf replacement if ride quality and dependability increases.

I'm back and forth on tires/wheels, but pretty much have it narrowed down to some flavor of Cooper ST Maxx. Here are the sizes I am considering with their actual size in inches according to tiresize.com (the ST Maxx tends to run a little short and wide compared to others listed at those metric sizes).

    255/85R16 (32.8 x 10.2)
    265/75R16 (31.65 x 10.43)
    255/80R17 (32.8 x 10.2)
    275/70R17 (32.16 x 10.83)

Any thoughts and advice are welcome and appreciated.

    Thanks!

Thanks. So, if I get the Icon progressive AAL, should I leave the factory overload, or take it off?

Thanks for the tip. I only want about 1.5-2" of rear lift because I am only going for about 2-2.5" front.

I'm close to pulling the trigger and ordering my setup.
    SCS SR8 16 x 8 matte black rims
    Cooper ST Maxx 255/85R16
Adjustable 5100s on stock coils set at .85 or 1.75
Wheeler's, Toytec or Icon 1.5" progressive AAL on stock rear shocks.
    Any additional feedback is appreciated.

I'm still debating my route as well. I don't wheel much, but don't want to cheap out either. At the same time I don't want to blow money and have overkill. I'm nuking this, I just need to sack up and order something already!

I would also like for my odometer to be correct after the new tires. Are most people using things like scan gauge or having dealer do the mod?
