Way more upstate than that. Finger Lakes region between Rochester and Syracuse. I ordered my truck in Rochester though.

Okay, I'm beginning to see trucks like this. I don't get it. At first I thought it was because they couldn't afford the bigger wheels and tires.

I get especially mad when I see lowered trucks. What a waste of a vehicle, but then again I don't even like lowered cars. All that camber adjustment and everything looks like ass to me.

You guys are missing the point, which is guys hating on other guys trucks because they can't afford it or are jealous or spiteful. As far as the bro dozer look it's a Cali thing.

I get the point lol. I've accepted that. My friends always have more money sunk into their cars that I do. But now I have a sick truck so I don't care. Besides, I a musician as well. That took all my money for the past 10 years. Could have bought two trucks cash for the amount of money I spent.

Ugh, I cannot stand this trend! Every thing about this truck is awesome except the wheels and tires. Why put such large wheels and low profile tires on a truck that was built to offroad. I know most people do lifts purely for looks and never offroad but doing this is such an oxymoron lol

I don't like that kind of wheel/tire fitment either, but I dont think of an F-150 as being built for off roading lol. Regardless I don't like giant wheels/thin tires on a truck. Don't meatier tires offer better load rating?

No, like a said built for looks but imo the wheels and tires don't fit in with the rest of the truck. Not sure on load rating on lower profile tires...seems like it would be less. But to each their own, everyone has their own taste and in the end it's their money and I guess it's a great thing everyone has different taste, or everyone's rig would look the same.

maybe they are "take off's". Put em on to crush the mall, put on steelies to do work...lol

Lets be honest here. That truck, is purely a luxury car, with a bed, and 4 wheel drive. No sense in taking it offroad. If you're going to, it is much better to get the STX, or an XLT and then, it wouldn't be lifted to the sky, and have that stuff on it. The tires, meh, the wheels are dumb. Maybe it's a show piece or an advertising tool for a garage.

I think there was a bit of embarrassment or whatever you want to call it, when my truck I had the deposit on disappeared and the wrong truck showed up after two weeks after reordering a second. While they were good to me in the end, they were glad to be done with me and probably a bit relieved I didn't throw a fit somewhere along the way.

I paid several thousand below MSRP when I could've and would've paid MSRP, or even an ADM. They gave me more then I expected on my trade after I researched it. That's my definition. Feel free to make your own.
