    Hey Guys,
I recently purchased a set of General Grabber AT2 Tires for my stock 2003 Toyota Tacoma PreRunner 3.4, 265/70R 16. Look awesome and handle in the snow like a dream. The Grabbers replaced a set of Bridgestone Dueler HTs.
My only concern is that I feel like the truck is towing a boat anchor. The tire pressure is currently at 35psi. Any recommendations or does that come with the territory of having an aggressive tire tread??

    Appreciate the feedback

That is what I run on my 31x10.5x15 grabber at2 on my 4cyl 4x4. What load rating did you get? The tire is likely heavier than your old tires. Did you change sizes too? The weight and size difference can make a noticeable change is how powerful your truck feels. What gears does your truck have?

Hopefully this will answer your question reference load rating. Did not go up a size on tires. When I purchased the truck new it came with oem 265/70R 16 BF Goodrich. Truck has an automatic transmission...stock gearing.

If I had to guess it would be from the weight difference between the two

Could also be due slightly to a more aggressive tread, but they really aren't that aggressive. What gears do you have

It's mostly due to the weight. According to Tire Rack it's 38lbs vs. 44lbs so you'll feel a little lag in acceleration.

You can try adding more air in the tires, but be sure to do the chalk test so that you get even wear. Running them too high will cause the middle treads to wear out faster than the sides.
